A cornerstone of health care in the Spokane region, Providence Health Care found itself navigating unfamiliar territory.

Unknown implications of Federal health care reform, a well-funded for-profit competitor, physician practice integration and a host of other issues created an uncertain landscape.

It was time to shift from positioning “just” services, to finding new ways to engage the community around the future of health care delivery.

DHC worked with Providence leadership to develop a proactive strategy that engages audiences in a new way and positions them as the health care leader in the region.
