In 1942, Hotstart filed the very first patent for engine coolant heating.
In the decades since, they’ve grown to into a worldwide engineer and manufacturer of engine heating products. This ever increasing presence in international markets required a fresh look at their brand to appeal on a global scale. That’s where we came in.
Hotstart (then called Kim Hotstart) partnered with DHC to redefine their brand and help position them for future growth and targeted communications. This process included research with customers and prospects domestically and internationally, naming recommendations, brand platform and key messaging development and consultation on the development of a refreshed company logo.
Throughout the process, the company has transitioned their name to Hotstart, developed a new logo and focused on rolling out their new brand with internal and external audiences. They have received positive feedback on the new brand from clients and prospects. They have also experienced company growth and are expanding their offices domestically and abroad.
