For Avista, an investor-owned utility serving customers in Washington, Idaho and Oregon, these are the types of questions that drive customer communication and community engagement.
In addition to over a decade of communication work for Avista, recent projects include media trainings for senior level staff and a customer engagement event series to create dialogue around sustainability and the future of energy. The program facilitated a comprehensive training program to foster open dialogue between company leadership and Avista’s many stakeholders about the complicated forces at play in the energy industry which are driving costs and business decisions. We are proud to work with one of the greenest utilities in the country and such an important community leader.
