When Jim Desautel founded Desautel Hege Communications in 1996, he had a vision for the kind of company he wanted to build.  The following videos were created as a fun way to demonstrate our founding philosophies and what we affectionately call "Jimisms."  There are clips of Jim and former intern (now an Account Assistant) Nick Lawhead, as well as words of wisdom from our partners.  We hope that you will watch these videos and take away a greater sense of who we are, and hopefully get a good laugh.  So enjoy, and let us know what you think!  Email Tanya.
