Did you know heart disease is the number #1 killer of both men and women in our region (and the country?) Desautel Hege Communications is proud to support the American Heart Association (AHA) in eastern Washington. AHA is the largest funder of heart and stroke disease research after the Federal government. This year DHC is supporting this important work in a big way. Our own Michelle Hege is the chair of the 2011 Go Red for Women luncheon on February 9th. Join us and about 500 other community members for this fabulous event (and wear your red!). The Luncheon is one of two key fundraisers for heart disease in our region. We?re also excited to hear keynote speaker Deanna Davis inspire the crowd with her special blend of education, insight and humor. For more information about the event, go to: www.spokanegoredluncheon.org. Tables and individual tickets are still available.
