Last week Michelle and Kristen made trips to Chicago, Illinois and Portland, Oregon to conduct a series of focus groups for Next IT, a company here in Spokane that designs human-emulated virtual employees for businesses and serves many Fortune 1000 clients around the country. The focus groups were held with customers of one of Next IT's clients to gather input that will help inform its own ActiveAgent™  implementation, aligning it with its brand strengths and consumer preferences.
