When our founder, Jim Desautel, first conceived of the company (on a bar napkin up at Priest Lake), he had a few ideas in mind.
He wanted to build a firm of public relations zealots* who were committed to quality work and highly-responsive service. He wanted to build a team of hard-working strategic thinkers who had integrity, creativity and talent. He succeeded. He found people who were passionate about public relations and marketing and who viewed success through the eyes of clients. These values - of quality, service, integrity and collaboration - continue to guide our firm today.
*We define a zealot as a person who has a high degree of commitment, accountability, passion and who goes the extra mile.
We choose to live, work and raise our families in Spokane because of our city's spirit and the opportunities, both personal and professional, it provides. Our team donates hundreds of hours each year to causes we feel positively impact Spokane and surrounding communities. We believe in giving back to those who have helped us grow our business. You've likely seen us out and about doing these things and more.
